The hotel is in a good location within the Jayakarta Resort, just a short stroll to the beach and close to Double 6 for food and shopping. The rooms need refurbishment and are quite far from the pool area, but they did have a small kitchen for meal preparation. The sofa bed for kids was uncomfortable, making it hard to justify the price for the stay.
The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff in a great location near the beach and shops. The dining experience could be improved with more variety. Overall, good value for money.

The hotel rooms were ideal for a family stay but were very dark and too small for their expectations. The service was exceptional, very helpful, and friendly, coming from another resort. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from the beach and shopping areas. The dining experience was mostly in-room, with some disappointments. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives with good value for money.
The Bali Suites provided a basic and clean stay. We had a great time within the room at Bali Suites because of this.
